How do I know join.me has started?
You will see the following box on your desktop which is the join.me toolbar or presenters toolbar. If it is not visable then join.me is not running and your meeting or remote support cannot start. Please contact us if you are having trouble starting the join.me application.
When your presenter bar has appeared, please call us on 0808 558 2058 and provide our online customer support agent with the 9 digit code. To then enable your meeting or remote support to start please click on the mouse icon on the join.me presenter toolbar.
